Anderson was leading 3-0 when, in the fifth, both teams scored in last Friday’s game. The game, which was 4-1 up to that point, finished with Anderson 4 and West Valley 3.

Tyler Rodebaugh hit a home run in the bottom of the third. He ended the game with four RBIs.

Anderson, 12-8, ranks second in the Northern League standings behind the 15-7 Yreka Miners.

Cub Cody McCary is second in home runs with five behind Lassen’s Aarason Perry and Cub Kody Kraft is second with batting average leaders with a .463 behind Lassen’s Randy Brooks. Kraft also has 30 RBIs so far for the season.

At home the Cubs have won 3 and lost 3 and away they are 5-3 giving them 4-2 in the conference.
