ART WINNER: Alyssa Boss displays her winning picture titled “Cottonwood Kids Love to Read.” She says that she likes to read in her treehouse. Alyssa is a kindergarten student in Mrs. Day’s class at East Cottonwood School. Her picture will be on the cover of the 2008 calendar published by the Cottonwood Community Library.

The poetry and art of the winners of the 2007 Art/Poetry Contest will be featured in the 2008 calendar which will be produced by the Cottonwood Community Library.
The winners of the art contest are Alyssa Boss (Grand Prize), Bria Stevens, Margarita Sandoval, Emma Brogoitti, Azra Lewis, Alex Diaz, Jaycie Oilar, Maddie Gamble, Gavin Semingson, Gracie Thornton, Vincent Lopes, Monica Keo and Reece Mason.
The calendar will include the dates of important activities and club meetings for the Cottonwood community. To inquire about listings in the calendar, call 347-4751.
