I want to commend the Anderson Police on Halloween night. They were out in my neighborhood and the surrounding area making their presence known. They were nice to everyone and they handed out glow sticks to the kids. My grandson thought it was the coolest thing in the world that the police were giving out trick or treat glow sticks. I think their presence this year made a difference in my neighborhood. It was quiet, with the exception of the laughing kids. Halloween was fun this year. Thank you, Anderson Police for making this year a little nicer.
