MALLY RETURNS: In a previous tennis match at West Valley, Jasmine Mally returned the ball to her opponent.
With a 14-2 overall record and 11-0 in Northern Athletic League, West Valley produced four all-league players. Jasmine Mally was the league runner-up, and players Dianna Weiss, Kelsey Dougherty and Shelby Tucker were named.
Mally and Tucker were also the doubles league runner-ups.
Mally had her ACT Test the day of the section tournament, so she could not play. Tucker, Weiss and Dougherty all lost in the first round of the section tourney in singles matches.
