Benjamin Thomsen, 5th grade: It is important to get good grades to get a good job and to get into a good college, if you live in California and want to go to one that is out of state. I have to have good grades to play school sports.
Cory Fitzjarrell, 6th grade: To get good grades, a good job, and go to college. It makes me feel good about myself and makes my parents happy. I also want to participate in school sports.
Jason Brown, 6th grade: You will be happy and your parents will too. You need a 4.0 to get a good job and become a doctor or a dentist.
Julia Moreland, 6th grade: It makes me feel good to do my best, and will make my parents happy. It will help me later on in life.
Taylor Denson, 5th grade: I want to do good on the state test, it will help my school. It makes me feel good to have good grades and it makes my parents happy too.
Cecillia Abral, 5th grade: To get good grades and be happy; I can also get into a good college. It will also make my parents happy.
