On Sept. 28, Shasta Interagency Narcotic Task Force (SINTF) agents served a narcotics search warrant at Ralph Bethel's residence, 6283 Burney Lane, Happy Valley.
While searching the residence, agents found approximately 46.5 grams of crystal "Ice" methamphetamine, packaging material, scales, and meth pipes.
The methamphetamine seized had a street retail value of approximately $4,120.
Bethel and Michael J. Williams were booked into the Shasta County jail without incident. Williams was on parole for previous narcotic violations and Bethel had a no bail drug related warrant.
