Music fills the band room at West valley High School on Monday and Thursday afternoons. Jazz standards from the 30s and 40s and 'blues' can be heard as they students rehearse.
The West Valley Band’s public debut is Mar. 8 at 7 p.m. at Happy Valley School. It is for a Happy Valley graduation fund raiser.
