Manh Nguyen, 42, was arrested by Anderson Police for alleged sexual battery of an adult female at a nail salon in Anderson.
The alleged assault took place at Wetly Nails, 2695 Balls Ferry Rd. on June 18. Nguyen was booked into Shasta County Jail on June 24. He made bail the same day.
When contacted by phone on Monday, June 30, Nguyen said he is the owner of the salon, but denied the charge of sexual battery.
The case was submitted to the Shasta County District Attorney’s office.
