Haven Humane Society is offering Puppy, Level 1, classes starting Tuesday, July 8, from 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m. in the sanitized classroom at the Animal Welfare Center, 7449 Eastside Road, Redding.
Classes cost $80 and will emphasize socialization, problem prevention and basic training cues.
Registration for classes has started at Haven Humane Society between 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Saturday. All class participants should register by July 7.
Participants should bring proof of vaccination history for their pet and a Bordatella vaccination is recommended.
The classes will be instructed by Cari Bowe, a Certified Pet Dog Trainer, and Chris Hanson.
