Floyd Rowe, 86, of Redding died June 16 at Windsor Redding Care Center. He was one of two survivors of the B-17 crash of the Miss Libery Belle in England.
A fly-over and military honors will be given at a service July 26, 11:30 a.m. at Northern California Veterans Cemetery, 11800 Gas Point Road, Igo.
