The West Valley Eagles played the Foothill Cougars on Tues. Mar. 4 and walked away with a 10-0 loss.

Both teams looked like they were well matched until the third inning when Foothill pulled ahead by four points. Eagle pitcher Josh Barrett and Cougar pitcher Shane Cadaret each had their share of hits off of opposite team players as the game progressed. Eagle Catcher Al Doiron took a base after a ball bounced off his batting helmet.

Tomorrow, Friday and Saturday both the JV team and the varsity will be in Oroville at the Las Plumas tournament.
