West Valley tops Enterprise in softball: May 14, 2008
More Local Sports The West Valley Eagles defeated the Enterprise Hornets Tuesday 3-0 in the first round of softball playoffs in the North Section. Junior Cassidy Olson pitched the complete game for the shutout.
Senior Megan Mazanec hit a two-run home run over the left field fence in the first inning. It was her second home run in as many games.
The Eagles will host Las Plumas on Saturday at 11 a.m. for the North Sectional championship game.
