Madison Avenue changes hands

Hair, nail and tanning salon Madison Avenue, 2325 Balls Ferry, in Anderson changed ownership March 7. New owners Kim Cox and her parents Charles and Delores Cox purchased the business from Troy and Elizabeth Wallers, Kim Cox said. The new business would keep its name, but Kim Cox said the business would seek to add a masseuse, yoga classes, and a retail section including beauty supplies, bathing suits and sunglasses.
