A golf tournament at Gold Hills golf course will be the kickoff event for the Centennial Reunion for Anderson Union High School.

The tournament, on Saturday, June 13, will serve as a fundraiser for the high school's centennial celebrations.

Event organizers say the event will be filled with fun and great camaraderie.

Registration starts at noon with a hotdog lunch, followed by four-person team scramble, which includes a cart and practice balls. The cost is $100 per person, and an awards dinner of tri-tip is included. Guests may join tournament participants for the dinner for $25 each.

Tournament organizers are also looking for hole sponsors available at $100 and $200, as well as those who would like to sponsor raffle prizes.

Funds raised from sponsorships will go toward the purchase of display cases in the AUHS boy's gym. Donations are welcome from those who cannot attend.

Contact Charlie Menoher at (530) 275-3053 or cjmenoher@charter.net for information about sponsoring, donating or participating in the tournament.
