Shasta County's local American Red Cross office has a new home at 20264 Skypark Drive, Suite B, just behind the Burrito Bandito off Airport Road.
"We are very thankful for our new offices and our new warehouse space, too," said Jim Dahl, Development Director of the local Red Cross chapter.
The Red Cross provides emergency help to local fire victims, military family assistance, disaster preparedness classes, CPR and First Aid training, water safety instruction and emergency services.
Volunteers are needed to work in the office, help with local fund-raising events and provide help to fire victims and military families.

"Our emergency fund for fire victims is very low right now and we want to continue to help people of our community when they are in need," said Dahl.
