Your editorial page is a gem. Each columnist, yourself included, contributes so richly to the Valley Post's tone - neighborly, unpretentious, with true depth of feeling.
I suppose you'ld say I'm an amateur historian and a fan of Gene Rupert Vonk's writings. I particularly admired and enjoyed your article on the Foster family reunion. What an inspiration, the feeling of connection you gave us with those who have gone before.
