County to hold park, trails, open space plan meeting

Two community workshops will be held to identify community priorities for improving the park system. This is your opportunity to shape the kinds of recreation opportunities available to residents and visitors. The meetings are scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 5, 6-9 p.m. at Shasta County Board of Supervisors Chambers, 1450 Court St. in Redding and Saturday, Feb. 7, 9 a.m.-12 pm. at Burney Vets Hall, 37410 Hwy 299 East. in Burney.
