Harold Lloyd Dallas, 27, of Redding, was caught attempting to pass a stolen check at a Redding business on Feb. 20. Dallas committed the offense after an interview three days before with APD officer Casey Day regarding 17 counts of check forgeries in Anderson and Shasta County according to APD officer Brian Barner.
Dallas was booked at the Shasta County Jail for felony crimes of burglary, possession of stolen property, forgery and identity theft.
