Secret Witness of Shasta County, Inc. offered up to $500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of suspects responsible for each of five different break-ins in the Anderson area. Additionally, Secret Witness is offering up to $250 for convicting evidence against the person who stole newspaper vending machines throughout the county.
