Paul Jolly, 90, of Anderson died Tuesday at Marquis Care Shasta in Redding. Arrangements are pending at Allen & Dahl Funeral Chapel in Anderson (365-5466).
John H. Pate
John H. Pate, "Uncle John", passed away January 2, 2009 at age 54. He went from the loving arms of his family to the loving arms of the Lord. Born March 28, 1954 in San Jose, CA. He enjoyed Nascar, Fishing, watching sports and the news along with making people laugh. He is survived by sisters Betty of Georgetown, SC and Arlene of Redding, CA, brother Wayne of Newark, CA, son Johnny of Anderson, CA, daughter Misty of Redding, CA and grand-daughter Mallorey of Redding, CA.
John served his country in the Air Force as a mechanic until he became disabled. He spent a lot of his years fishing, collecting sports memorabilia and building and racing slot cars until his health wouldn't allow him to any longer.
There will be a memorial service held at a later date for family and friends.
Jordan L. Payne
Jordan 22, passed away at his home on Tuesday December 30, 2008.
Jordan was born in Redding CA on July 17, 1986.
He attended Bethel Christian School and graduated in 2004 from Foothill High School.
He was survived by his father, Randy Payne of Anderson, his mother, Nina Payne of Shasta Lake, brother, Joshua Payne of Redding, his brother, Jeremiah Payne of Anderson, his paternal grandparents, Bud and Madeline Payne of Redding, and his maternal grandparents, Bob and Vonda Fraser of Santa Clarita.
Celebration of Life Service will be held at Bethel Church 933 College View Dr. Redding, CA on Friday, January 9, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers please make donations in Jordan's name at any Tri Counties Bank. A scholarship fund will be established at Bethel Christian School and End Times Men's House.
