Mercy Medical Center Redding (MMCR) is looking for caring volunteers to greet patients and visitors as they enter the Emergency Department.
Volunteers will find themselves in a rewarding, satisfying and worthwhile environment, according to MMCR officials.
Volunteers are important and valued members of the MMCR community providing support and interaction with patients, families and visitors.
Other responsibilities may include assisting admitting staff and nurses, restocking stretchers, guiding patients to their rooms and obtaining supplies for employees.
