Community members are invited to play a part in the education process and run in the election of board members for local school districts.
The filing period for candidates begins July 13, and it ends Aug. 7.
Filing takes place at the Shasta County Clerk / Elections office weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. To make an appointment, call 530-229-5119.
