The Anderson Chamber of Commerce will host its 32nd annual Awards Dinner on Saturday, March 28, at Win-River Casino's Event Center, 2000 Redding Rancheria Drive, Redding.
A champagne reception and no-host bar starts the evening festivities at 6 p.m. while dinner will be served at 7 p.m., announced Irish Robertson, executive director for the Anderson business advocacy organization.
The evening's program will feature presentations to the community's Business of the Year, Distinguished Service award for community involvement, the business or agency with Outstanding Customer Service and the Grace Bell Memorial Award, Robertson explained.
Honorees will receive an engraved 17-inch cobalt blue decorative hand-poured glass bowl made with recycled glass by the artists and artisans at Fire & Light in Arcata, Calif., she added.
"I would expect around 300 people to attend this year's event," Robertson said. "Please join us in honoring our community's finest citizens and businesses."
Tickets to the gala are $35 each and must be reserved by Thursday, March 19.
