Local athletes make Allstar hoops teams

Two West Valley athletes have been chosen to play in the Lion's Allstar Basketball games on Sunday, March 29 in the Shasta College Gymnasium.

Varsity boys basketball athlete Donny Anondson will be a forward on the South boys team. Varsity girls basketball player Morgan McCarley will be a forward on the South girls team.

The event is hosted by the Redding Breakfast Lions. The girls allstar game starts at 4 p.m. The boys game starts at 6 p.m. There is a $5 donation at the door.
