MARTINUSEN
U.S. Air Force Airman Matthew A. Martinusen has graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.
During his six weeks of training, Martinusen studied the Air Force mission, organization, core values, and military customs and courtesies; performed drill and ceremony marches, and received physical training, rifle marksmanship, field training exercises, and special training in human relations.
In addition, he earned credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Martinusen is a 2005 graduate of West Valley High School. He is the son of Ken and Lynn Martinusen of Cottonwood.
