Cesar Chavez remembered in Anderson

SI SE PUEDE: Jose Angel, Public Relations Officer for Northern Hispanic Latino Coaltion and manager of LaMega FM 101.1 leads a march in Anderson on Saturday to honor the late Cesar Chavez.

Over 100 people attended the march and pasole lunch on Saturday to remember Cesar Chavez. The event, held by Northern Hispanic Latino Coalition, began with the march from North Valley Bank in Anderson to Anderson City Hall where lunch was served.

The coalition, RPD and Shasta College gave out over 14 scholarships.
