All seven of the West Valley tennis players advanced past the first round during the boys tennis Northern Athletic League finals.
"It is the first time I've seen it in nine years of coaching," Eagles tennis coach Tom Wyrick stated.
West Valley players who competed in the tournament include Robert Sperou, Bryan Schafer, Logan Jorgensen, Kyle Marlatt, Chris James, Jordan Burk and David Fife. Burk advanced to the third round of the finals.
The West Valley boys finished with a 9-7 record overall, and were 7-5 in league play.
Anderson boys tennis players who competed in the NAL finals include Andrew Wehunt, Derrek Kennemore, Manny Contreras, Mo Hercey, Donnie Wonder, Skylar Walker and Bradley Reinhart.
