The Anderson Future Farmers of America (FFA) is inviting the community to their annual awards ceremony and reception. The ceremony will be held Tuesday, May 19 at 6:30 p.m. in the Anderson Union High School Performing Arts Center.
Anderson FFA reports a terrific year.
"Hard work, determination and pride have helped every member improve their leadership abilities and create lasting friendships," stated Anderson FFA president Carrie Albaugh. "Everyone has worked very hard to ensure that this year in Anderson FFA was the best ever."
During the ceremony, members will be receiving an award for his or her participation in the FFA this year. Those who helped the Anderson FFA this year will also be honored. The new 2009-2010 chapter officers will be installed, and a slide show will feature events and activities from the year.
"Please come and help us recognize those achievements made throughout the year," Albaugh stated.
