Even though West Valley won their game against Yreka at home, Anderson made the play-offs.
The committee did not break tradition by moving West Valley into the number six spot after they finished seventh.
The Falcons, Cubs, and Eagles all tied 2-3 in the NAL standings, but it will be the Eagles on the outside looking in. The committee did not feel the head-to-head tiebreaker West Valley had over Anderson with their 20-10 victory on Oct. 16 was enough to for the Eagles to make the play-offs.
This marks the first time in over a decade West Valley will not be in the play-offs. Both teams received six points for playing Division I teams, but West Valley took a hit for games against Gridley and Orland, while Anderson had a boost for playing Sutter and Wheatland.
Lassen is the number one seed, Sutter is the number two seed, Wheatland grabbed the number three seed, Winters took the fourth seed, Anderson was seeded fifth and Central Valley is the sixth seed.
Anderson will travel down to Winters to face off against the Warriors.
