Ralph Eugene Johnson, 46, of Happy Valley allegedly stabbed Rebecca Howdy of Oroville in the arm during a dispute between neighbors at about 7:34 p.m. Nov. 2.
Howdy was reported to have been visiting family members on Disa Lane when the incident occurred. She was transported to Mercy Medical Center for treatment of her injuries.
Sheriff's deputies arrested Johnson on scene without incident. The case will be submitted to the Shasta County District Attorney's Office for review.
