SOUP AND FUNDRAISER: By helping to raise $15,818 for the Cottonwood Community Library, Paul Walther won the honorary title of mayor of Cottonwood, Mary O’Keeffe announced at the Soup Kitchen Fundraiser on Saturday at the Cottonwood Community Center.
