About 300 members of United Bikers of Northern California rolled into the Anderson River Park for Sunday's Toy Run delivering toys to fill a Salvation Army truck. The toys will benefit children signed up for Salvation Army's Christmas effort this year.

I think there was more like 5 or 6 hundred bike with toys. I was told they stopped counting at 400. And I thought there would be alittle more of a write up, but the pictures there real cool. Thanks to Mac and the United Bikers Of Northern Cal. and the Salvation Army some kids will have a great Christmas. And its not over yet. Toy Drives at Redding's K-Mart on the 4th of Dec. Tehama Co. Toy Drive Dec. 6th and Save Christmas Run on the 20th of Dec. This is a great time UBNC adopts a trailer park, apt. complex, or a shelter. and has the kids write a letter to Santa, and we help fill Santa's orders. Its great because we all ride into the parking lot and Santa passes out the gifts to the kids, it really touches the heart. Its why we do what we do to put a smile on a kids face and the parents too. Merry Christmas to all............One of Santa's UBNC Elfs

I also wanted to thank the City of Anderson, Parks and Recreation and the City Counsel for waving the fees for the Toy Run and our Fundraiser for Cystic Fibrosis "Great Rides For Great Strides" Picnic In The Park.
