The Cottonwood Community Library will hold their 10th annual Christmas Home Tour on Saturday, Dec. 12 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Five homes will be showcased in the Cottonwood area, with a diverse style of holiday decorations for the tour-goers to enjoy.
"This is a big event for us each year, with the committee spending a lot of time planning to make this an enjoyable day for all attending", said Gayle Harrington, Director of Library Services for the Cottonwood Community Library. "It is the perfect start to the holiday season. It is a great motivator to get you into the holiday season, it is fun to see the wide variety of decorating themes, and it is a wonderful way to help support the Cottonwood Library."
Judith Kleges, owner of Country Lane Year Round Christmas Shoppe in Cottonwood, has once again partnered with the library by donating three $100 gift certificates from her store. At the end of the tour, event-goers are asked to drop off their punched or stamped tickets at the Christmas Shoppe to be entered into the drawing for the certificates.
Tickets are $15 per person, and are on sale now at the Cottonwood Community Library, at Country Lane, Kincaid & Co., The Elegant Bean, Sandy's Specialties, Aggie's Kountry Kuts, Dragonfly and ETC. all in Cottonwood, or at Curves for Women in Anderson.
