Episode 5: The power of hope fills her

Faking a smile is something we all learn to do at one point during our lives.

There she was in the process of learning this, although she truly is a very content, happy person. She knows deep down that it hurts not to fully shine as the person she wants to become.

Knowing she couldn't move forward was hard for her.

The smile doesn't have to be fake. We just make it that way. As a younger person, she saw difficult things in front of her and this brought her down fast.

But as her personality continued to shine through, she began to see all the good things around her and realized how good the life was that she had been given.

She's a very lucky girl. She strives to make more of who she is.

In the meantime, she's never changing exactly who she is inside. Inner beauty is shown through every eye. But do we all give enough time each day to let it be seen?

Fighting through physical pain definitely has many pitfalls. But with this new-found courage within her heart and the faith that God has placed in her life, she knows she can pull through.

Hope is a necessity when options are limited. Her acknowledgment of this fact has been very helpful because she learned that failure can be changed with the power of hope.

That is what she holds onto and it's her barrier for each day. Through all the experiences in her life, she has come to see that giving up just isn't an option. We can all do whatever we set our minds upon.

She believes this with everything she can give because she knows miracles can and will happen.

She says these things in relation to her own story because these emotional feelings are all she needs to overcome any obstacle that is laid before her.

She just has to push through her everyday struggles with the inspiration that there is a light at the end of every dark beginning.

Have you been inspired in that way?

If not, what are you waiting for?

Everyone has the capability to pull through and astound the disappointed. She came to find this out through her story with an ending to surprise every wondering mind.

She is not completely better to this day. She hasn't been well throughout her high school career. However, standing as a junior, but knowing hope has at least carried her this far only encourages her to keep going.
