Corrie Lee Campbell, 35, of Anderson was booked September 21 by Shasta County Sheriff's Office for petty theft with prior jail and four counts of violation of probation.

Michael Patrick Scanlon, 43, of Anderson was booked September 21 by Anderson Police Department for DUI alcohol/drugs and failed work release program.

Yvonne Lorene Cringle, 49, of Anderson was booked September 22 by California Highway Patrol for DUI alcohol/drugs.

Jason Dean Sales, 37, of Anderson was booked September 22 by Anderson Police Department for battery of peace officer, obstruction of public official, public intoxication and violation of probation.

Allison Hanna Cole, 30, of Anderson was booked September 22 by Shasta County Sheriff's Office for revocation of probation, three counts of failed work release program and forgery of check.

Jacob Ryan Steiner, 18, of Happy Valley was booked September 22 by Shasta County Marshall's for burglary and grand theft from person.

Michael Dwayne Miller, 34, of Anderson was booked September 22 by Shasta County Sheriff's Office for violation of probation.

Why is it the Wheelabrator plant south of Anderson can get away with polluting the skies daily without our county air quality people enforcing their permit conditions. Everytime I drive by a large ball of black smoke pours from their stacks then quits only to do it again minutes later. How do the rest of you feel?
