Looking to start or expand your own small business?
Check out the self-employment workshop from 5:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 27, in the Arts and Crafts Room at Anderson City Hall, 1887 Howard St.
Sponsored by the Superior California Economic Development District, the workshop will help participants explore the concept of small business ownership and cover such topics as entrepreneurship, setting goals, marketing, business plans, business loan criteria and more.
Participants will learn about many of the community resources available to help get a business started.
