Veterans Counselor Catherine Morris, a 1980 graduate of Anderson Union High School, was pictured in the September 2009 issue of U.S. News and World Report.
After 15 years of military service, Morris works at Sierra College near Sacramento helping veterans use their G.I. Bill benefits toward the classes they are taking.
Her parents, Dick and Donna Richards, both volunteer at the Anderson Police Department.
