The Vision Report for Happy Valley and Cottonwood is complete and will be presented to Shasta County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, September 22nd. Residents have an opportunity now to view the final report before it is presented to Shasta County Board of Supervisors, County Resource Management and Public Works Departments.
