AUHSD Superintendent Azevedo pleased with district API scores

The Academic Performance Index numbers were released for all the districts on September 15 and Anderson Union High School District did very well.

"AUHS and WVHS both went up, ANTHS did go down this year but their score is still very good. The best part is that AUHS scored well enough and met all of their Annual Measurable Objectives to get out of Program Improvement," said Tim Azevedo, Superintendent of the Anderson Union High School District.

AUHS improved this year to 721 from 718 for a total of 3 points. West Valley improved to 765 from 754 for a total of 11 points. While New Tech dropped from 828 to 809 for a total of 19 points, they are still within the state goal of 800 points.
