Literacy fair for adults and youths planned for Oct. 14

The Happy Valley Primary School is putting on a literacy fair on Wednesday Oct. 14 at 16300 Cloverdale Road in order to raise awareness about the importance of literacy in children and adults. The event will start at 5:30 pm and run until 7:00 pm in the cafeteria.

There will be people dressed as storybook characters, storytellers, informational booths from community agencies, door prizes will be given out and dinner will be provided.
