West Valley soccer teams dominated Yreka in yesterday afternoon’s games at Redding Soccer Park.
The West Valley boys cane out on top with a 5-1 victory against the Miners. Ray Close and Harold Stacey scored two goals apiece, while Patrick Muller added one.
Then the Lady Eagles one field over beat Yreka 2-0.
Lassen 4, Anderson 1
Both Cub soccer teams traveled to Lassen to play soccer. The Lady Cubs were unable to stop the Lady Grizzlies from scoring and had a hard time connecting with the goal.
Tiffany Bernal would be the lone scorer for Anderson.
