After all was said and done, the Cubs walked away with a 63-11 victory over the Falcons.
Grapplers battled for control on the mat, trying to pin their opponent, however, with seven wrestlers to go Anderson lead 39-3. Central Valley won the next match on a 5-1 decision, to put the score at 39-8.
Going into the next dual, it seemed like the Falcons were going to try for a come back, winning by a 3-1 decision moving the score to 39-11, but that’s were the Central Valley come back would end.
Anderson took the last four matches with pins, after dominating much of the dual. The Cubs will travel south to Sacramento this weekend to compete in the Time Brown Memorial Tournament.
