Jackie Baldry

Jackie Baldry was born in Denison, Texas on July 6, 1927.

An angel here on earth, Jackie was our greatest inspiration and main support for our entire family. She was the beloved wife of Don Baldry and has taken her journey to heaven on July 19, 2010. Her father Admiral Dewey Moser, mother Mary Ethel Pettigrue and daughter Sherry Ann Latham preceded her in death. She was the mother of Lana Sharpe (Stan), Robert Latham (Penny), and Dondi Baldry (Brandy).

She also mothered Mike Baldry and Tina Baldry. She has 18 grandchildren, two great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She has one surviving brother, James Moser. She worked as a Model, and was the ad model for the Eilean Feather Figure salons and Vic Tanny gym in Hollywood, CA.

She later worked for seven years at Lana in Company hair salon as a manager and makeup artist. She and her husband Don Baldry owned and operated an antique shop in Cottonwood, CA for many years. Her parents owned and operated the old brick second hand store in the historic part of the town. The family has lived in Cottonwood since 1969.

She was the light and guide of her entire family. She will be greatly missed by the many people and friends and their lives that she touched. The celebration of her life will be held July 23, 2010 at 1 p.m. Allen & Dahl Chapel Anderson.

Lizabeth Jane Davis-Licastro

Beloved daughter, mother, sister and wife, Lizabeth Jane Davis-Licastro lost her valiant battle on July 18, 2010 at her home in Sasso Marconi, Italy surrounded by family.

Jane was born in Puerto Montte, Chile on September 17, 1952 to a military family. When her father, the late John Davis, retired in the 1960's, the family settled in Anderson. They married and lived in Bologna, Italy where Jane entered the university and earned her PhD in Bio-Chemistry. Many of their years together were spent researching Alzheimer's disease, both in Itlay and in San Diego, CA.

She leaves behind her husband, her son Riccardo, her daughter Michela, her mother Ardye Davis of Anderson, her sister Sandra Davis, and nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was an avid fisherwoman, certified organic farmer and vinter. She enjoyed horseback riding, sailing, hiking, reading, cooking and eating gelato. Her final resting place is in Ravena, Italy.
