Anderson was down by one point going into the second quarter, when they went on a tear on added 16 points, leading 30-21 at half time.
Both Orland and the Lady Cubs would score 13 points in the third quarter. Then the Lady Trojans scored 17 points in the fourth quarter to make their come back and held Anderson to just seven points.
The game came down to the final seconds, with the Lady Cubs holding the ball but unable to score. A heartbreaking end to their season.
Emma Peters scored 17 points for Anderson, Emily English had 13, and Megan Letiem collected 10.
Lassen 58,<B> West Valley 41</B>
The Lady Eagles (No. 7) fell behind early on, but managed to keep the Lady Grizzlies within scoring distance, but by the end of the second quarter No. 2 Lassen had added to their lead by 11 points.
West Valley would need to start hitting their shots and pulling in more rebounds to catch up. In the fourth quarter the Lady Eagles scored 15 points and tried to cut down the deficit the Lady Grizzlies had created, but it was too late.
Taylor Trabold had 10 points and Ashley Vitellaro added eight for West Valley.

Sutter 53,<B> West Valley 45</B>
West Valley traveled down to Sutter to take on the Huskies in the quarterfinals of the Northern Section playoffs Friday night.
It was a tight game all night with the fourth seeded Sutter taking the lead from the fifth seeded Eagles in the second quarter. West Valley had kept them on the run most of the night with their half-court press, but in the end it came down to the final minute when the Huskies hit all four of their free throws to put the game away.
Tyler Stevenson, the Northern Athletic League's top scorer, had 24 points for the Eagles dispite being heavily covered most of the night.
Mt. Shasta 66,<B> Anderson 48</B>
The Cubs came out slow and struggled all evening against the No. 6 Bears. Anderson only scored five points in the first quarter compared to Mount Shasta's 20.
Anderson (No. 11) started to hit their shots as the game progressed. Jeff Catron led the Cubs in scoring with 23 points, but it wasn't enough, Anderson just could not shut down the Bears.
