Four arrested in Anderson meth raid

In a raid of an Anderson residence March 8, Shasta Interagency Narcotics Task Force officers arrested four people on a variety of methamphetamine-related charges, according to a March 12 SINTF report by Commander Thulin.

With Mark Voorhees, 37, and Regina Voorhees, 36, named as owners of the 5575 Green Acres Dr. residence, SINTF also arrested Ronald Deshaies, 60, who resided in a tent trailer behind the main residence. The three were arrested for possession of methamphetamine and methamphetamine smoking pipe.

Officers also arrested Sherry Mae Dougherty, 32, for possession of hypodermic needle and syringe for injecting controlled substance.

The officers seized 5.3 grams of methamphetamine, a scale, a glass methamphetamine smoking pipe, hypodermic needles and syringes and packaging material.
