Law enforcement in general in Anderson has been attacked by a large number of citizens in the comments section behind the recent events involving a rogue cop. Judging by the crime rate and the types of crimes being committed in Anderson, it's easier to understand the negative response. If a bad cop in the department labels all hard working dedicated officers corrupt, then the current crime rate must have to label all citizens of Anderson dirt bag, drug sucking, rectal weavels. I know this is not the case but a little appreciation from the public would be welcome. Come on, these are people who risk their lives for you daily and do so for wages lower than the folks who pick up your trash.
