Russell Wade Watson, 47, of Anderson was booked for carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle, carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle with a prior felony, manufacturing/etc. leaded cane, forgery, possession/etc. of a firearm without a license and violation of probation by the Redding Police Department.
