Thursday night’s match up against the West Valley Eagles girls soccer team and the Anderson Cubs ended up being one-sided.

The Eagles had a 2-0 lead going into the half, giving the Cubs the opportunity to come back.

However, mistakes and missed opportunities plagued Anderson, who was unable to score a single goal against their West Valley rivals.

The Eagles won 7-0.

Anderson played Yreka on Tuesday, while West Valley played Central Valley on Tuesday.
