Ronnye Garcia?: Dispatcher for Western Video Market, Shasta Livestock Auction

Born and raised in Marysville, Ronnye Garcia graduated from Wheatland High School in 1981.
After high school, he went to Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, on a rodeo scholarship.
He spent 18 months in school studying agricultural business and competing on the school’s rodeo team in the bulldogging and team roping events. Full story »

Katie Olhiser moved to Shasta County in 1976 with her family. She has worked over the years as a rodeo secretary for many organizations including the PRCA (Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association), the NFR (National Finals Rodeo) and the past six years for the CCPRA, (California Cowboys Professional Rodeo Association), located here in Cottonwood.
