TASTE TEST: “Banner,” a four-year-resident of Bella Vista Farms in Cottonwood, looks forward to tasting owner Chic Miller’s famous shave ice. “Banner” is a Boer Goat, about 6 to 7 years old, that was rescued on July 4, 2003, thus his name, “Star Spangled Banner.” Selling shave ice is one of the ways that Miller financially supports the animals at the farm.
